For many years I was like a hamster on the wheel- constantly moving but not truly progressing. I remained self employed, starting and managing over a dozen businesses. a successful marriage of over three decades, a homeowner, published author, community leader. from the outside, it looked like I was on the path to greatness.

4)sleeping either too little or too much

5)An increase in movements like pacing or hand wringing or having significantly slower speech or movement

6)Feeling as though you have no energy for most of the day

7)Feeling worthless

8)Difficulty concentrating or making decisions

9) Thoughts about death, also called suicidal ideation
